Husky Compliance LLC (“Husky Compliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to privacy and data protection. This Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection (“Notice”) explains what we collect on https://huskycompliance.com and any software applications, products, learning platforms, and services we operate that link to this Notice (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and share personal information, and the choices available to you.
Your privacy matters. Please read this Notice to understand what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can manage your information.
Who Is the Controller/Processor?
- Controller: Husky Compliance is the controller of personal information collected via huskycompliance.com, marketing activities, and customer relationship management.
-
Processor: When our business customers (employers or organizations) use our learning solutions (e.g., enrollment, progress tracking, certifications) and provide personal information about their workforce, we typically process that data on behalf of the customer as a processor under our contract with them. If we subsequently use limited data for our own purposes (e.g., product metrics, security, or legally permitted marketing) we act as a controller for that use.
Questions about our privacy practices may be directed to: [support@huskycompliance.com].
